For the second year, the Active Scottsdale 20-30 Foundation has granted to the Johnjay and Rich #LoveUp Foundation to fund programs for kids in foster care. The 2019 grant for $40,000 will be used in part to host #LoveUp’s Graduation Celebration to honor the accomplishments of the Class of 2019 in the Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation’s Keys to Success and Scholarship Programs. Active Scottsdale 20-30 Foundation’s 2018 grant of $14,000 to the #LoveUp Foundation was utilized to purchase 100 laptops for students in foster care who had graduated 8th grade and were entering high school.
